As H-1 Construction continues to grow we are finishing up our biggest project yet! We have built a beautiful custom home in Kahala along with a custom built pool house. Along with our in house design and architect team we have put allot of time and sweet into this amazing 3500 square foot home. 90% of the home is sustainable materials and we are proud to say most of the materials used are not off the shelves from your local home repair store but custom made. The open beam ceiling is simply something every one should see, the floors shine with its new 100 year wood floor and the Nana wall system doors that open out to the waterfall pool area is the icing on the cake. H-1 Construction is proud to be apart of this project from the demolition all the way to the landscaping. I will be happy to give a walk threw upon appointment.

Our up coming projects take us all over the Oahu Island, from condo renovations in Waikiki to a couple kitchens and bathroom renovations in Manoa valley.
